IMPORTANT - Please follow the instructions below. If you are unsure of how to perform the below tasks, please consult your service manual or bring the machine to a qualified technician.

For best results, we recommend using the BMP Turbo Smart diverter valve or the atmospheric BOV and charge tube kit.

- First remove the access panel located in between the seats.

- Located behind the panel is the Turbo itself. Next, follow the hose up to the intercooler and loosen that clamp on the intercooler itself.

- Loosen and remove the hose clamp and charge tube on the other side of the intercooler by the exhaust side of the machine.

- You can now remove the TWO 10mm bolt on each side of the intercooler, 4 bolts in all, and lift up on the intercooler itself and unplug the fan while doing so.

- Loosen the FOUR 10mm bolts holding the fan onto the factory intercooler.

- Place fan on the new C&R intercooler. Make sure the intercooler and fan are facing the correct way for when you put it back in the machine.

- Place the new C&R intercooler back into the machine while making sure to reconnect the fan plug into the wire harness.

- Next put back on each side of the charge tubes and tighten both clamps back up.

- Next bolt back in the intercooler using the FOUR 10mm bolts you removed to take the intercooler out.

- Replace the panel in between seats and you are ready to ride!
